Prepare ourselves for an heatwave this summer.

Does that mean buying more sun block to go with last years sun block which is still in the cupboard.

So what happens in the winter when the white paint is reflecting the warming rays of the sun and you're freezing off your assets? Do you go out and paint the house black?

I have to put up with 35 degrees and 100% humidity everyday - working in hospital catering so I'm ok with it. And they wont give me any aircon!

    downfader,
You clearly work in the cr@ppiest job in the world. Put on by management, inhospitable working conditions, and I'm guessing your remuneration package may leave a little to be desired....

And even though you're working in 32 degrees and 100% humidity, you still don't get a tan!
It sounds like great training for the Tour of Langkawi - I'd put your name down for next year if I were you.

My house is white. That'd explain why it's always so bloody cold in here!

Thermochromatic masonry paint - that's the answer (turns from white to black when it's too cold & vice versa)! Now we just have to hope that the R&D bods at Dulux are reading Cake Stop.....
