HELP! Les Belges sont arrivee'?

Anyone out there familiar with a good challenging ride around the Ashford area, i have to reciprocate a ride for some Belgian mates who want to do a day trip on the Eurostar? looking for about 90-100kms with hills to slow them down a bit :roll:

    Make sure you take them up the hill at Brabourne Lees - that'll build up their thirst for a start :)
