Short or Long Valve

I need to buy a couple of spare tubes , but not sure whether I need normal or long valve type.
I'm basically looking for a decent robust tube and thinking about these

My tyres are Continetal GP3000 700x23C on Kysrium wheels. I don't know whether these rims are classed as deep section or not. Obviously I could measure the existing valves but don't know what is classed as long.
Cheers

Long valve is handy with deep section rims, otherwise not enough of the valve pokes through to attach the pump. I always go for long valve but you could get short valve ones if you prefer and a seperate adaptorwinter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg

Short valve tubes are too short for Ksyriums IME - you need 40mm at leastMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

+1
I once bought a bunch of short valve tubes and found they were too short to attach the track pump properly. Now I just buy long valve tubes.
