I'm starting where you are now and have found what you've achieved very motivational. Thanks for putting it out there and struggling on. You've broken the back of it and you'll obviously get there.

    Well done!

    Dude, you are an inspiration.

I'm a long time lurker here who has also lost a lot of weight through diet and cycling but I'm nowhere near doing what you've done (I've dropped 6st and I'm still working on it). When I have a weak moment I tell myself to MTFU and remind myself that you're trying to lose almost as much as I weighed when I started!

    Keep it up.

At last I have managed to run your video properly! Well done and I liked the music, who are they?

I started my weight-loss progamme at half of your initial weight but the benefits have still been huge. Isn't it odd how you lose weight in different parts at different rates and how your shape changes unpredictably? I caused a stir in the office when I told one of the support team that she was about to see a part of my body she had never seen before. As she looked towards her colleagues in some confusion, I pointed to my adams apple.

I am sure that I speak for others trying to improve their health, when I thank you for letting us into your campaign.
