Hi. Just bought my ne reab team suspention 2009. Please help, how should I adjust it???

    Did you get a manual? If not, downloadable from SRAM.

    so which team is it there are a few versions.

    and which adjustment are you having problems with.

    air? rebound? compression? floodgate?

    pos air set it to give the sag you want.

    neg air to give the feel you want.

    rebound to give the fell you want.

    Compression.....

    floodgate....

    Oh and the U turn to what ever travel you want (if it is the U turn version).

    Not an u-turn version. just want to adjust it properly. I have never had proper suspention before. loooool

    I just got reba teams on my new bike, I just checked to see the sag seemed ok and then rode them, haven't altered them in any way and they feel great!
