Problem with Private messages

Hi
I've been trying to send a PM about some brakes I want to buy but whenever I click send it goes in to my Outbox and I can't shift it to send it. I haven't run out of memory space and half more than half the space left. Other than that I can't work out whats up unless theres a PM limit or something
