I've got several choices for which new front brake i can buy for my bike, or if I buy the quads i can afford both front and rear, my question is which would you go for and if you have time and don't mind - please explain why.

Quad QHD4 Axis
Formula K18
Avid Code 5's
Formula K24

Thanks

If I was buying again I would happily have the K24's. Been faultless for a good year now.

I just bought the K18 for my new build, didnt really feel i'd use the FCS adjuster on the K24 and preferred the black finish of the K18. Also helped that I managed to buy the full set, including hardware kits, brand new for £200 (200mm Front/180mm Rear).

Plus, if you buy the K18 and find you want the FCS adjuster (only difference between the K18 and K24), then you can cheaply and easily add it to the K18 later.

Ive got Avid Code 5's on mine, if you want soemthing that will stop you like driving into a wall then go for them, my bike came with avid juciy three's, which i could stand. Nowhere near the stopping power i needed, whilst i cannot comment on the others you meantioned I would definately recommend the Code 5's. There awesome.
