Is this frame too big?

Ive been offered a 19" Kona Coiler 2005. Im about 5ft10/11.

Is this going to be a tad big? Or is there any parts i can replace to make it a better fit?

I've got an 18" kona hardtail and I'm about 5ft11. I sometimes feel a little cramped.

Assuming that Kona size their HT's and full sus's on the same charts, I'd guess 19" would be better. Would be for me anyway.
