Replacement brake pad inserts for Tektro Oryx

Just bought a cyclocross bike and its fitted with Tektro Oryx canti's.
First time out this morning in wet conditions and the brakes suck.
So decided new pads should sort it out, the current ones squeal pretty bad too.
Not had canti's for years so I'm after some advice on what pads work well.
I'd prefer to just buy new inserts rather than the whole cartridge pad b ut I'm open to suggestions.
I use the bike mainly for commuting but may venture offroad every now and agin with my dog.

Some Koolstop mountain blocks in the Salmon colour should do the trick.

I think I had those cruddy ones on the Jake. They are water soluable too. :roll: Not impressed.0
