It's to replace my Felt Virtue 3 which was stolen. Mostly used around the peak district, cross country, trails and not to serious down hills.
Any thoughts

I'm bound to say this but the FSRxc is excellent. I do like the Trek Fuel Ex as well however and was very close to getting one before I plumped for the Spesh.
However, if you could squeeze a bit more out of the budget you could perhaps go for something like the Stumpjumper FSR Comp. You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.0 -
I had a quick look at that and it appears quite similar the the Pro.. what are the main differences / advantages? It would a similar price to the Trek EX 8, is it a similar bike? I liked the Virtue as it was quite light and I only way 10.5 stone so don't need anything super strong.0
