Hey guys, I know everyone may have heard this before but I will give it a go anyhoo...

Out on the trail yesterday on my stumpy FSR 08 and fluids leaking (Not a huge amount but enough to notice) from the Triad rear shock and it is stuck on open even though levers move at the top. Cut the ride short and (Foolishly) start messing about wit the rebound and lever at the top. Small ball bearing fell out with a little spring. Yes... I am a T**t

Anybody any ideas how to repair? the shock itself has not stuck and I pressurised it and checked sag this evening after work... it seems ok... will it last? I have a top ride next week all booked up and paid for (including time off work) and cannot miss it... what would you guys do? I am thinking... bollocks and see wha happens.

Any ideas and ridicule most welcome.

ball bearings and springs are used to provide a locking position for the levers/dials, so you will probably find that your rebound or pro-pedal lever do not lock into position on a setting, there will not be a positive click,

shouldn't effect the actual use of the shock, unless obviously the lever or dial move out of the position of your settings when you are riding,
