The official souvenir book. Couldn't find it on amazon but available direct from the publisher:

The large format book has 256 pages and 289 photographs from the archives of the Gazzetta dello Sport. Published by Rizzoli Libri a couple of weeks ago.
They accepted paypal so once I'd babelfished my way through the account registration process it seemed straightforward enough. (on one of the form pages I had to enter a CAP number -- that's my delivery address postcode apparently).
