My dilema :?
I had one of these nasty flu type, shivery, coughy bugs for the last few days - was off work yesterday afternoon but back in today. And the question is....
Do I go mountain biking tonight and risk coughing / feeling pants and generally riding like a wally, or stay at home with a medicinal glass of wine and the Apprentice on TV?
My OH is riding anyway as he guides the group and I HATE being left out of things, so the temptation is to go and be damned. But if i'm coughing and can't keep up I will be like this  (and a bit  ).
Hmmm, decisions.......

For me, riding feeling under the weather is no fun what so ever, I don't get anything out of it and find it a laborious chore to get round a loop.
So it's a no, don't bother if you feel like crap, from me.

Yep, you're probably right
I get really grumpy when I don't ride as well as I should, so I guess I would be setting myslf up for a pretty miserable evening!Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away....

Definitely stay home. You could make yourself more ill.
I once ended up in hospital by pushing through an illness.

Well, I did indeed stay at home....
Very, very bored though so ended up going to Tesco's, doing loads of washing, watching the Apprentice, making a banana cake and straightening my hair :?
And then got really cross when Chris came home and said they had a fab ride because - as I wasn't there - they could go much faster. Great
