Hi,
Another new beginners bike question... I've found an ex-hire Gary Fisher 2008 for £199 straight from the rental place. Does anyone have any experience/advice for buying ex-hire gear, and any opinions on the bike itself?
The specs seem a little lower than the 2009 model...

Seems Ok for the money, but be aware brand new ones can be got for 230. Do you have any warranty?0

I'm not sure about a warranty... Hired a couple of bikes a couple of weeks back from there and they seemed in really good nick. I'm just keeping my eyes open for any good deal hardtails really.0
