Changing fork oil on marzocchi drop off 4's?

Just bought some second had forks off fleabay and there good but very sloppy, the numbnuts that i bought them off has 5w oil in them which to me seems silly. Therefore i'm wanting to swap for 7.5...any ideas how i do it?

remove cap(s) one at a tme. pour out oil cyle damping rods to pump outy old oil. and fill with the required quantity of new 7.5 oil.

volumes on Marz and windwaves webbys.
