    Cheese sandwiches care of George Foreman with some beer and chips later with Sarajoy and maybe A. N Other if anybody else turns up.

    I wrapped it in tin foil with some olive oil, 20 mins at medium heat. A bit boring but first go! Will be more exciting next time.

    Hey I hope you guys are eating all your cheap local asparagus? I've had funny smelling wee for days now. 8)

    Noodles, chicken, vegetables, cashew nuts and beansprouts tonight. Washed down with a delicious Chardonnay.

    I misread that as 'is it nicer than beer'... maybe I should crack open a Leffe!

    Well I walked in this evening and almost immediately upset the wife (long story) so she stormed upstairs and hasn't really come down since. Once I established I was cooking for myself I put in the big Lasagne we got from Tesco the other day and have just polished off 50g shy of 1Kg of meat and pasta :-)
    Along with 2 bread ends from the loaf we finished with earlier to mop up the extra sauce.........I am now rooted on the sofa contemplating just what I'll do with all those carbs I've taken on tomorrow, I feel a PB coming on :-D

    Ostrich sounds interesting tho!
