Hi
I will be in Mallorca in mid June, staying in Soller. I know there are plenty of challenging climbs, but as a middle aged and slightly overweight novice roady I wondered if anyone could recommend some "easier" routes without any killer climbs.
Also, any recommendations on bike shops in Soller itself. Everyone raves about Probike hire but it is a fair distance from where I am staying
thanks

I was in Mallorca during Easter staying at Cala St.Vincenc in the northeast of the island but cycled into and out of Port Soller/Soller. I stand to be corrected but the only way out on a bike is via a mountain. There is a tunnel through the mountain but bicycles are not permitted to use it.
Having said all this the climbs are very nice. Just take it steady at your own pace and by the time you come home you'll be climbing like Robert Millar.0
