I am looking for a strong pair of training wheels, and am not fussed about weight just a good pair of strong wheels that aren't going to break on me. I was looking at the 'sillhouette comp' wheels and was wondering if anybody has any experience of these wheels or ritchey wheels in general.
all help appreciated Jamie
p.s also does anyone have any experience of Mavic Cosmic Elite wheels
Ribble Gran Fondo
Focus Black Hills
Raleigh Chopper

36 spokes Shimano/Campagnolo hubs onto a good boxish rim (e.g. Mavic Open Pro, Ambrosio Excellence) or a deeper V type rim (Ambrosio FCS28, Velocity Deep V).
  • Actually i have just been looking at the Bontrager Classics (wheelset), i am replacing my crappy Bontrager SSR wheels so am a bit hesitant to buy bontrager wheels again, does anybody have any experience of these wheels? they have 32 spokes in each wheels and look strong but looks can be decieving.
