Just lost my cheap but lush Karrimor jacket that had zip-off sleeves. They don't appear to be made anymore. Any recommendations - under £80 please?

I have an Endura Convert. It is a bit boil in the bag but under your budget and does have zip off sleeves (great feature - all bike jackets should have this).
Pearl Izumi one my girlfriend has is a lot more breathable but not as waterproof, might be worh a look at the mens version, should be about bang on your budget. Not climber, not sprinter, not rouleur0 -
Pearl Izumi Vagabond, not got one yet, but feels just right mmmmm £67 to you sir.Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame

Bought one last autumn and it's been enough to see me right through the winter (without the sleeves at first and currently) with a summer jersey underneath. Also pretty water resistant - I've only needed to use my shell 2-3 times all winter.

Gore Phantom Windstopper Soft Shell.
Possibly the best bit of kit I've bought so far. I've been using it 5 days a week all through the winter (sometimes with a thermal ), and am now using it without the sleeves.
Prices vary when you search around, but £88 here:
