Low profile tyres?

I've got no clearance between the rear tyre and the top of the rear stays when the tyre is inflated.

The frame is a Dolan (carbon rear stays), wheels are Ultegra and the tyres are Specialized Roubaix 700 x 23/25c

I know nothing about road tyres- are there lower profile bike tyres available?

Thanks.

    Good question.

I think you could fir a number of low profile tyres but I don't know that bike, try here

I have just bought some Mich Pro 3's and I want to fit wider tyres, ie 25's I think?

Do you are anyone know if you can fit 25's to Roubiax Pro?

When you say no clearance - does the tyre go round ok ? Close clearance is fine, but 23mm tyres are pretty common. Personally I wouldnt ride anything smaller - and I think thats the same for most people. I'd be amazed if it didnt take 23s.

An ordinary 23mm tyre will give you a bit more room - you can go even lower but that's not common nowadays - and I'd be surprised if you had to on that frame.
I'm left handed, if that matters.

No clearance - the tyre touches the frame (the bit beneath the rear brake) and scuffs when I rotate the wheel. The "23" in 700 x 23 is 23mm height or is it the 25c = 25mm?

I'll take a photo tomorrow and post it.

Thats weird. I'd be tempted to take the frame back unless these are some super weird tall tyres ?

I though the 23 was width - but a wider tyre would also be marginally taller too.

Bit stumped to what 23/25 means on these ?
