This is an apology to the MB rider last Tuesday evening on the path through Macclesfield Forest. The rider drew up alongside me and scared me silly. I jumped out of my skin and shrieked. He turned around and almost fell off his bike. If you were laughing at me, good on ya but Im sorry i nearly made you fall off your bike laughing at me.

Lol. I'll try to keep out of the way if i'm walking and hear you. It was so windy last week, that's why I didn't hear him. Will maybe try some of the easier ones myself.0
