just wondering if the rings can be changed at moment i have a 50/36 is it possoble to put a 34 on if yes does anybody know where one can be purchased ,thanks

    I've got a feeling the answer is no, for a couple of reasons, one of which is I think the capacity of the front derailleur is 14 (hence would span 53/39 or 50/36 but not 50/34

    you might be able to get a lower ratio with a different cassette?

    You can easily fit a 34t chainring, 50/34 is the standard on virtually all compact sets and front mechs have no trouble coping. Rings can be bought from here -
