1500-2000 to spend would like ideas. looking for a race bike which will make a good training biike in the future. will be adding clip on tri bars for tri's but will be road racing as well.
At the minute its a toss up between the ribble sportive and the planet x sl fsa. Look at the sportive with chorus group and mavic kys wheels. with the planet x i'll keep it standard and save the spare money for aero wheels.
At the minute i've got a trek 2300 and like the ride but find the bontrager racelites are to weak for my weight 85 to 90kgs.
Would like ideas, dos anyone know of a 08 bargain i'm not posh so a old bike going cheap is good in my book.

This looks like a very good bike, good value for money and quite light
