Captain Turok, I used to be one of those depressed, to be frank, idiots. Never wanted to do anything, always wanted food (no joke!!  ), and I remember thinking, that if I could, I would straight up ban mirrors in the country  , lol.
Anyway, since I started to say that I looked good, even though I didn't believe it (I still don't really, but I'm getting better at accepting it), I've felt alot better.
Really, everyone should try it. Sounds like some crappy American self-help cliche, but it really, really works!Boo-yah mofo

supersonic, 'tis the summer tho matey, time to hit the (fire)roads, and get the miles in. Do a bit in the gym, and cut out (some, defo not ALL) of the booze  . Yup, I said it!
And it'll fly off. Honestly mate. Do more + consume less = weight loss. No crappy fad diets. Just simple maths aint it! 8)Boo-yah mofo

would it be anything else!
Dont think there is a photo of SS without a GT T on. (maybe an RS T instead in one case)."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

CT, was gonna call it PMA, but sparrowlegs78 might have mis-read it as PMT / PMS, either way, I'd have had some hardcore abuse flying my way if she thought I was taking the p*ss!!!
So i avoided it 8)
And sonic, don't I know about eating too much... And keep on with your recovery programme. Everyone thinks they know better (myself included) than to do the minimal amount of exercise, but it's like that for a good reason!!!Boo-yah mofo

Me, somewhere in the Brecon Beacons, having fun:
And me the day after my Afan face plant:
The face plant was about four weeks before I got married. The (now) wife wasn't particularly chuffed and banned me from mountain biking until after the big day:

Did you get married in Marks & Spencers?!
This has become a counselling thread, more than a 'show us your mug' thread! Let's get some more pics up, and make them funny! I'll start digging through the archives and see if I can't start us off...0 -
Thought I would get this topic back on course

look at the mirror and tell yourself that "you are the best looking person in the world" every morning does work. as that will build up your confidence.
same as when you out on a pull, act like you are not single (this might sound weird but that how it work) and when you speak to opposite sex, just try to have banter instead of trying to impress. (this is how the "act like you are not single" come from)"It is not impossible, its just improbable"
