Anti / Clockwise around Hebden bridge?

I'm looking at a route on bikehike, from starting Hebden Bridge called Bronte country - 'from the mbr top 10 rides'. But which way around should I go? Leftwise or rightwise? It's a 30 miler and I'll be looking at a not to early Sunday morning start if anyone is interested - it'll be my first time on this route so I'm quite excited.
But then, it all depends on the weather; as I'm writing this the heavens have opened..
