Hi all, what do you all use for keeping pedals spinning and also for placing on the threads of old fashioned square tapered bottom brackets and their shells.
I only ask as I will be doing these at the weekend.
Cheers

cycle grease for bearings and anti seize compound for threads.

Thanks Nick. Any paticular brands that you would recommend?

Would that be ceramic grease or the anti seize grease?

For threads, plain ol' copper grease from yer' garage/local motor factors/Halfords will suffice: you can buy a large tub of it that'll last years for the same price as a small tube of "cycle-specific" anti-sieze.

Thanks Jimbo. Thought that was the case. Bought some earlier today. Also found that i had some Park tool grease as well. Worked a real treat.
