trance 3 rear sus

hello all i got my self a new Giant trance 3 about 4 week;s ago now .. thing is when i got it i was 17 stone 8.. and i'am now 15 stone 5.. thing is how do i reset the back spring to my new weight ?????????????

    what is the rear shock?

    you may need to replace the spring if it is coil.

    Errrrrr real new at this so i don't no... i do no you pump it up . if that help's

    if it is just an Air spring then reduce the air pressure to give the sag you require.
