Charge Plug Racer Frame size...

Hey dudes and dudettes..
I'm thinking of buying a Charge PLug racer frame for a toy to play with.. i wondered if anyone knew anything about there frame sizes..?
typically i would have a 58cm frame for a road bike, but they just seem to do S, M and Large.. Not sure which one is closer.. I've not found a bike shop locally i can try one out on ..
