Bolt on Cable Guides

Hi,
I am looking for some bolt on cable guides that will screw into M5 bottle mount type threads and hold three cables (one brake plus two gear).
I have seen some on Specialized Bikes under the down tube (looked like plastic) and on some Scott under the top tube.
I have even seen some pictures of very fancy X shaped red ones on a Lapierre.
Anybody know where you can buy them?
