Whittbarrow scar

Anyone rode the Whittbarrow scar route in the lakes??maybe going this week and just wondered approx how long it takes and how difficult,cheers

    I've ridden a route round there. Not sure what "THE" route might be. Mine started and finished in High Newton, but that was for my convenience. You could start anywhere. I rode 24 miles in 4.5 leisurely hours. The route did include Tow Top right at the end, so that was a definite walk.

    Can send you a map if you like. MM, TRL, GPX or a screen shot(not as good). PM if you need.

    A nice pleasant ride, but you have to watch your navigation; some of the turns are easy to miss.
