What's the difference between a Manual and a Wheelie?
Is a manual just pumping the forks down then up to clear a small dip/object?

Manual is when you pull back on the handlebars, standing up, front wheel goes in the air and stays there for a period of time, without pedalling, so it's about getting your weight as far back as possible.

A wheelie is the same as a manual, but also can be done sat down, is when you pedal to keep the front wheel in the air.

This is manual, in video, 24sec.
Don't try this at home, at this speeds, it's quite dangerous.

Btw, to manual decent distance is pretty cool. :D
