Is this wheel reliable?

Hi am looking for a new front wheel as current ones are pants (Bontrager SSR), i am looking at one built by M:wheel it is a: mavic open sport rim, shimano tiagra hub and dt swiss plain gauge spokes. Also the wheel has 32 spokes.
Is this wheel reliable? by reliable i mean it wont pop spokes as i have had too many experiences of this before and also reliable hubs/bearnings.

you'd be better off with double butted spokes as they tend to last better.
I'll also say that you'd be better served getting a decent wheelbuilder, either at your LBS or somewhere like wheelpro to do it.0
