im looking at the halo rear wheel as well, my current rear keeps needing truing probably once a month.
How strong is the halo wheel? and what is the strongest rear wheel that i can get for a fixie?BMC TM01 - FCN 0
Look 695 (Geared) - FCN 1
Bowman Palace:R - FCN 1
Cannondale CAAD 9 - FCN 2
Premier (CX) - FCN 6
Premier (fixed/SS) - FCN30 -
Along these lines,
I am curious about Velocity Deep V's compared to the Halos.0 -
Check the axle length. I think you will find the singlecross is longer than the supplied axle on these wheels.0

Mine has a 174mm axle which to me is a geared hub not a SS hub.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

No, it is Flip-flop design, fixed one side, freewheel the other.
The other measurement to check is the frame spacing. I think it is 120mm.0 -
Yes, bought a new axle for mine and the old one measured 174mm though the frame is spaced 120mm.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
