Cycle tops for large arms?

A friend bought me a cycle top for my birthday which fitted nice in snug in a large size.
As a regular weight trainer over the years I have larger than average upper arms (close to 17").
With the elasticated sleeves my arms started tuning blue straight away.
Could anyone advise on a shirt that has a good fit but ample room armage (or at least stretches).
I like to be able to feel my hands when riding.
