Hi I've just received the frame that I ordered it says that it needs an integrated headset. Does this mean that I can just buy any threadless headset?

    No

there are two types of threadless - integrated and a standard aheadset (with cups)

integrated - the bearings sit inside the frame itself. In effect, the headset is hidden.

standard - the bearings sit in cups which are pressed/whacked into the frame. Think Hope, Chris King etc.
