newbie training queries-eating and stuff

Should i be eating something before i go out early -i only do a 10 mile circuit,but i felt very wierd this morning,and what to eat?-i thought it took a while for the food energy to get in the system,and i normally have porridge-so i've not been bothering,glass of juice and out the door.
Also should you train if you are feeling under the weather?-i get a bit of asthma,especially at this time of the year with the rape seed pollen etc,and the circuit seemed much harder than normal

    If you eat your normal breakfast an hour before you ride you should be fine. Also with asthma, the riding will probably help clear your sinuses and open up your tubes as heat is pretty good for \Asthma, cold tends to constrict it.
