Which road pedal?

Hi All,
I'm just moving from SPD pedals to the SL/Look/Time style and am completely bewildered by the selection!
Can anyone recommend a good, comfortable, easy on the knees pair of pedals?
I like the look of the KEO sprint/Time RXS racer/Shimano Ultegra.....
Any help gratefully received.
Thanks.

LaserMaster,
Have you looked at the Speedplay pedals? I have just ordered some after using Keo's for a while. Many on this forum rate them highly. Do a search on previous threads and you'll get the picture."I spend my petrol money on Bikes, Beer, Pizza, and Donuts "

There's a lot of threads about pedals if you have a scan. I use speedplay zeros, which I'd suggest are "knee friendly" - give you about 15 degrees of adjustment. Plus zero stack, meaning the sole of your foot is right on the pedal, not on top of the cleat on top of the pedal.
From what I've read on here they're pretty popular at all levels. Definitely worth taking a look."The only absolute statement is that everything is relative" - anon0 -
Thanks for the advice guys, but I was concerned about using the Speedplays as they look similar in size to my SPD's and I wanted to increase the size of the contact area significantly to aid comfort.
Any comments?0 -
I've just gotten the Shimano R540's.
Lovely pedal, perfect if you're new to SPD SL (as I am) and seem to have a good area for your foot for more pedal power (unlike my Look's - terrible!).0 -

I have just switched from Shimano MTB SPD's to Dura-ace which appear to have an identical foot print to the Ultegra's.
As noted in reviews, they probably aren't the lightest pedals but I have found them to provide a good large footplate to spread the load (more dead weight than muscle power in my case!!).
