Why does my nose run continuosly when riding hard...... :oops:

    no idea but mines the same, just blow it out leaving a slime trail as you go heh :lol:

    use a tissue then, you may find if you breath through your nose more it'll dry it out a bit.

    Its because your sinuses are getting loose so you rid of the excess mucus that has built up. It it is along with pressure even when not exercising you could have a slight sinus infection.

    I get that too, but then I also get it just when I"m outside on a cold day, walking.

    When cycling, I tend to go with the making sure no-one's behind me, and then accurately blowing it away from my top!

    Could be a bit of Hayfever, That's what i put my runny nose down too.

    There was as much coming out of my nose last night as going into my mouth from the camelbak.

    I was with a recent Mexican holidaymaker the other day so I put it down to Pig Flu.

    i get runny noise aswell....and runny eyes when im goin downhill. :P

    If it is cold then the difference between the temperature inside your nose and that outside can be enough to make your nose run or it could be allergies to pollen or dust or just your sinus acting up.
  • Mine runs like hell, then sometimes it just doesn't - can seem to fathom any logic to it. Mind, it's a big un :D
