use a tissue then, you may find if you breath through your nose more it'll dry it out a bit.0

Its because your sinuses are getting loose so you rid of the excess mucus that has built up. It it is along with pressure even when not exercising you could have a slight sinus infection.0

I get that too, but then I also get it just when I"m outside on a cold day, walking.

There was as much coming out of my nose last night as going into my mouth from the camelbak.

If it is cold then the difference between the temperature inside your nose and that outside can be enough to make your nose run or it could be allergies to pollen or dust or just your sinus acting up.0

Mine runs like hell, then sometimes it just doesn't - can seem to fathom any logic to it. Mind, it's a big unBe happy, communicate happiness.0
