Orbea Orca 2009, stolen Friday 1st May, 8-11pm, Cambridge.

I have managed to stop my sobbing inorder to write this note about my just stolen baby...

Orbea Orca 2009:

- Matt Black
- Dura-Ace groupset (except crankset)
- Zeus seatpost/stem/bars/cranks.
- Seat post: most of the carbon grooving on the top of the seat post has worn down.
- Stem 13cm long
- Cranks 175mm long
- Cassette: Dura Ace 12-27
- Shimano 7901 chain with tool-free link
- Mavic Ksyrium SL Premium wheelset, minor scratching on spokes and one of the rim decals is just starting to peel off a tiny bit (notice this when last cleaning them but can't remember if it's the front or rear).
- Continental GP 4 Season tyres. Back tyre fairly worn.
- Fizik Aliante carbon rail saddle, white/black, scuffed on sides and back. The saddle is positioned very far forward on the seatpost.
- Fizik 'saddle pak' saddle bag, black/grey, containing two inner tubes and Topeak multi-tool
- Garmin cadence sensor on chainstay.
- Garmin magnet on back wheel spoke.
- Garmin GPS holder on left side of handlebar.
- Both bar end plugs missing. Black bar tape.
- Slight scratching to paintwork on both sides of top tube.
- Shifter cable under right hand bartape is noticeable as it's positioned incorrectly, running along the underside of the bar.

    when did this happen?

    I think I have seen this Orca around, it was around 3 weeks ago and it was ridden by a bloke in jeans so thought it must be stolen!

    Good spot, Gabriel, and thanks for letting me know, but...

    that 'bloke in jeans' would have been me.

    Yes, ridiculous as it sounds I do... sorry... did use it as my main mode of transport around town. It amused me to ride to the shops on it dressed in scraggy jeans and jumper. Just shows you can't always judge a book by its cover!
