cant remember how to do this... HELp!

    Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Defrag.

    Or, Start > Run > type dfrg.msc > click OK.
    You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
    If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
    If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

    1) Download defraggler
    2) (get CCleaner while you're at it)
