Hi guys, sorry for the last minute message. I am off to narberth next week and wanted to get some riding in. Does anyone know of any good rides in the area?

Hmm, Caneston Woods/Minwear is close to Narberth. There are a few basic trails to ride which are ok for a bit of fun. Or Llys-y-Fran reservoir, it's just a 7 mile loop but it's a nice area. Sadly, you can't ride most of the coastal path in the area - only one 5 mile section which is a huge shame coz it would make for some great rides!

Pick up an os explorer map and see what you can find. There are a lot of road based routes in the area, but you'll have to go further for longer off road xc rides - maybe the Preseli mountains?
