Which is the best trail at coed y brenin?

Were heading up to Coed y Brenin this weekend, which trail is the most fun/best for fast flowy descents? Don't really want to do more than 20km so think that leaves a choice of mbr or tarw?

    Have fun! I'm planning to go in the Summer Hols when it will be dusty with my mate and his bro.

    From what I've seen so far, 'Dragon's Back' is the one people talk about - nice and varied for a days riding. The man-up, longer version 'The Beast' seems only fit for hardcore super fit riders. But as i say, I've never actually been - this is only 2nd hand info!

    Without a doubt it'll be great though. Whistler in Wales....
