Looing for a good rack mounted bike seat

Anybody know of a good cheap rack mounted bike seat?

I don't need a rack because it's going on a Kona Africabike that cunningly has one as part of the frame.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

    I've got a Hamex Smiley Child seat for sale . This fits on the seat tube with the attached clamp ! Let me know if this is an use to you !
