Well yesterday myself and a couple of friends jumped in the car headed off to Whinlatter
only stuff we had all done before this was a couple of lanes in lakes
We picked the south loop for our first proper off road trail, the climb to the top is a bit of a trek
The Guys at the top
Dave on the left, myself in the middle, and stan on the right
Dave was a bit of a legend as he did the full trail on these tyres
Cannot say i enjoyed the trek to the top much but the ride down was class, really enjoyed it, deff picked up a couple of things to do diff, correct gearing to get out of trouble and most of all correctly standing on the peddles, im still standing with one peddle high and one low with all my weight on, this got me into trouble a couple of times as the low peddle caught on the ground, rocks etc...
total time for the full south loop 1hr 10 and that was with a couple of stops on the way up and a rest at the top.
will i be doing it again
Most deff,

Well done - glad to hear the south loop is open at last. Now that we are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves. ROMANS 15:10
