HELP NEEDED! How do I release the strap on shimano SPD shoes

Hi there
Not sure if i'm being a total numb nuts, but I cannot work out how to 'release' the strap on my new purchase of Shimano RD86 SPD shoes......
According to the review: "The unobtrusive, tidy tightening lever and quick-release button on the top strap is gloved-finger friendly and easily operated with one hand."
Well, I cannot work it out for the life of me!!! how in gods name do I release the strap?? Any help appreciated cos i'm stuck!!!

Thanks rally200 - thats one of them sorted!! although I think I may have tightened one so much (without realising) that it doesn't seem to want to release now! great!! any ideas?? cheers mate
