Went for a walk with my Father this evening, he's recovering from an operation on a hernia so I used it as a chance to try out my new camcorder too.
But while I was there I thought I would have a look to see if cyclists were still allowed to ride along the shoreline (this is the Warsash Hard, I think they call it, off Shoreham road I think near southampton). Its been a year since i went down there and since that time it seems the council have seen fit to ban cyclists.
There are new signs up warning no cycling. Its not as if you can go fast, the paths are pretty rough in places. Very sad imo, and I wonder if it has anything to do with the many dog walkers there.
