running/running times

I wondering as i getting into MTB i noticed my running improved a lot, recently had a injury and couldn't run for 6 weeks but cycled nearly every 4 times a week and yet i still managed to do 6.5 mile runs with sprints in them after injury :)

i wondering what are you guys like running wise, and how do you find each exercise help each other .

post your 3 miler and 5 miler times for running id like to know what sort of times you guys getting.

Heres mine:

3 miler: quite hilly, 21:40

5 miler: 40 mins .quite hilly, (that sucks i know i should be getting 35 mins) :evil:
