Dear all,
I am going to do a Duathlon later in the year, and am going to get some Aerobars.
They seem to fall into 2 categories those that are a loop shape and those that are 2 seperate extensions.
Are there any benefits for either type? Has anyone used both? Comments greatly appreciated.

One piece extensions are easier to set up, as you don't have to worry about getting each side level.
Two piece extensions can take bar end shifters, allowing you to change gear from the tuck, which is more aero.0
