OK here goes. A couple of months ago I came off my bike going into a friend's driveway and have damaged a few bits of bike (unhappy face and bruised ribs). Anyways, The front derailleur is bent and no matter where I put it I cannot get it to engage all gears; about the best I have managed is the largest cog and rubbing on the second cog  .
The chain and rear gears were due for a change anyway as I am getting major slipping issues when I put a lot of power through the pedals so I might as well do that while I'm there. The rear derailleur seems to work fine though (unless that's the cause of the slipping gears so I've also included one in the list).
The parts that these will be replacing are all standard cheapo parts from a Barracuda Jacana (http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/invt/0257514): 3 ring front gearing, 7-speed rear, bottom bracket with the tapered square ends. Will a new cassette for the rear fit on my existing cheapo freewheel and should I try and get a freewheel and cassette all in one as I've never taken these two parts apart before?

Of course none of these parts probably go together so if someone has some knowledge in this area I would prefer to get them all matched up for a maximum of £150. A speedy reply would be great as I currently can't cycle up hills lol
