I'm looking at doing the Swinley Forest enduro next weekend but not sure how many laps to enter in to. The website states it a notoriuos 10 mile loop, just wondered if anyone knows what the loop is like for difficulty etc.

    Think about the mileage you do on average now and round it up to the next lot of laps. Or just one more lap if you're feeling brave. You can always add more laps next time. Swinley is great but can be very technical, and you have to take into account the crowd spurring you on, (results in pushing harder - knackered quicker IME)
